Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng iOS trên App Store:

Ứng dụng giúp theo dõi giá vàng và bạc Việt Nam (tham khảo), ghi sổ mua/bán cá nhân, cảnh báo giá và vài công cụ liên quan. Không yêu cầu đăng nhập. Không phải công cụ giao dịch và không phải tư vấn đầu tư.

Không thu thập hồ sơ cá nhân

Chúng tôi không yêu cầu tên, email, số điện thoại hay tài khoản. Giao diện, hãng đang theo dõi, sổ vàng bạc, cảnh báo giá, tùy chọn thông báo và bảng giá đã tải được lưu trên máy — không gửi lên máy chủ dưới dạng hồ sơ người dùng và không đồng bộ đám mây.

Khi mở app, thiết bị tải bảng giá công khai từ máy chủ API của nhà phát triển. Yêu cầu mạng có thể gồm địa chỉ IP, loại thiết bị và phiên bản hệ thống — cần để gửi dữ liệu thị trường, không dùng để lập hồ sơ.

Quyền trên iOS

Mạng Internet — tải bảng giá công khai
Thông báo — chỉ khi bạn cho phép (Firebase Cloud Messaging + APNs), để nhận cảnh báo biến động
Không dùng quảng cáo; không hỏi ATT; không dùng Advertising Identifier để theo dõi
Không yêu cầu GPS, danh bạ, ảnh, camera hay micro

Bật hoặc tắt thông báo
Hãng vàng / bạc đang theo dõi
Sổ vàng bạc (ghi nhận mua/bán cá nhân)

Xóa app sẽ xóa dữ liệu này. Chúng tôi không sao lưu sổ hoặc cảnh báo lên máy chủ.

Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Máy chủ API của nhà phát triển — bảng giá công khai
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — thông báo đẩy khi bạn bật; Google / Apple có thể lưu mã thiết bị (FCM token, APNs). Firebase Analytics và AdMob không được dùng
Apple App Store — phân phối và cập nhật theo chính sách Apple

Tắt thông báo: Cài đặt trong app, hoặc Cài đặt iOS → VangBac24h → Thông báo.

Trẻ em

Ứng dụng không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi; chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

Chia sẻ và bán dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân và không tạo hồ sơ người dùng từ việc dùng app. Dữ liệu kỹ thuật (như IP khi gọi API) phục vụ cung cấp bảng giá. Thông báo đẩy (nếu bật) do Firebase / Apple xử lý như trên.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật trang này. Ngày cập nhật ghi ở đầu trang.

The app helps you monitor Vietnam gold and silver reference prices, keep a personal buy/sell ledger, set price alerts, and use related tools. No login is required. It is not a trading tool and does not provide investment advice.

No user profile collection

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or an account. Theme, followed brands, personal ledger, price alerts, notification preference, and cached prices stay on your device — not sent to us as a profile and not cloud-synced by us.

When you open the app, it loads public prices from the developer’s API servers. Requests may include IP address, device type, and OS version to deliver market data. We do not use this to build a user profile.

iOS permissions

Internet — to load public prices
Notifications — only if you allow (Firebase Cloud Messaging + APNs), for market alerts
No ads; no ATT prompt; no Advertising Identifier for tracking
No GPS, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone

Data on the device

Light / dark / system theme
Notification on/off
Gold / silver brands you follow
Personal gold/silver ledger
Price alerts you create
Cached prices for offline viewing

Uninstalling removes this data. We do not back up your ledger or alerts to our servers.

Third-party services

Developer API servers — public price data
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push when enabled; Google / Apple may store an FCM / APNs token. Firebase Analytics and AdMob are not used
Apple App Store — distribution under Apple’s policies

Turn off notifications in the app Settings or in iOS Settings → VangBac24h → Notifications.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information and do not build a user profile from app usage. Technical data (such as IP when calling the API) is used to deliver prices. Push (if enabled) is handled by Firebase / Apple as above.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
