1. Tính chất thông tin
App cung cấp giá vàng và bạc Việt Nam (tham khảo), sổ ghi nhận mua/bán cá nhân,
cảnh báo giá và công cụ hỗ trợ — chỉ để tham khảo / ghi chép cá nhân.
- Giá được tổng hợp từ nguồn công khai qua máy chủ API của nhà phát triển.
- Giá có thể chậm, sai lệch hoặc gián đoạn.
- Không bảo đảm khớp quầy giao dịch tại mọi thời điểm.
- Sổ vàng bạc là ghi chép trên máy, không phải sổ giao dịch chính thức.
2. Không phải tư vấn tài chính
Chúng tôi không phải ngân hàng, công ty môi giới hay đơn vị kinh doanh vàng.
Không tư vấn đầu tư, không khuyến nghị mua bán, không giao dịch thay người dùng.
3. Trách nhiệm người dùng
- Bạn tự chịu trách nhiệm khi dùng thông tin và sổ ghi trên app.
- Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm thiệt hại trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp từ việc dùng thông tin này.
4. Thông báo
App có thể gửi thông báo biến động (Firebase Cloud Messaging) nếu bạn cho phép.
Tắt trong Cài đặt app hoặc Cài đặt iOS. Bản App Store hiện tại không hiện quảng cáo trong app.
5. Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể thay đổi, cập nhật hoặc ngừng tính năng mà không cần báo trước.
6. Phân phối
Ứng dụng phân phối qua Apple App Store.
Việc tải và cập nhật còn chịu điều khoản của Apple.

1. Nature of the information
The app provides Vietnam gold and silver reference prices, a personal buy/sell ledger,
price alerts, and related tools — for reference and personal notes only.
- Prices are aggregated from public sources via the developer’s API servers.
- Prices may be delayed, inaccurate, or interrupted.
- We do not guarantee figures match a physical counter at any moment.
- The ledger is an on-device personal record, not an official trading book.
2. Not financial advice
We are not a bank, broker, or gold dealer.
We do not give investment advice, recommend trades, or execute transactions for you.
3. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for how you use the information and ledger in the app.
- We are not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from that use.
4. Notifications
The app may send market alerts (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if you allow notifications.
Disable them in the app or in iOS Settings. The current App Store build does not show in-app ads.
5. Changes
We may change, update, or discontinue features without prior notice.
6. Distribution
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Download and updates are also subject to Apple’s terms.
